Delivery Times

For mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland, deliveries can be recieved 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of your order, orders received before 2pm will normally be dispatched on the same day. We aim for orders to be delivered within 24 hours from the time of dispatch. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or UK bank holiday if applicable), we aim for you to have your items within 2 working days. Signature will be required on delivery.

If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery.

Times quoted are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) (as applicable).

Delivery Areas

Fashion Zone Direct delivers to all United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland addresses.

Fashion Zone Direct classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.< br/>

Delivery Address Options

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

For Overseas Delivery:

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer order delivery for overseas Job Lot orders at this time, but you can raise any queries by contacting customerservices@fashionzonedirect.

Alternatively, you can call Customer Services and they will update you on the status of your order between 9am and 9pm (GMT/BST), Monday-Friday and 9am and 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday (excluding UK bank holidays):
