Returns Policy
Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you
return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be
credited to your original method of payment. If you have used PayPal to pay,
refunds will be minus any fees that PayPal have deducted unless we have made a
mistake on any item sent to you, it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory
quality or unfit for purpose, if this is not the case you will
receive slightly less than the amount you have paid.
Returns of Job Lot
Orders
Due to the low prices that we offer on job lots, we are unable to
offer refunds on any job lot purchases. We do offer exchanges on any
individual items within a job lot purchase that are damaged or
incorrect. To arrange to exchange individual items from a job lot
please send an email to
joblotorders@fashionzonedirect.com with the details of the order
and which items you would like to exchange.
Returns by Post (All Countries)
You can visit our returns page in the customer account area locate your order. You will then be asked to
select the items you wish to return
with a reason for each. Once you click submit you will be given a unique Returns
Code. Write this code on the returns label. Peel off the label, stick
it to the parcel and post it to us within 14 days of receipt.
It is advised that all goods returned are sent by recorded post so that the packages can be traced if they go missing.
Without this we cannot refund any money on items that are lost in the post.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse.
Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your
account.
Note
Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Code.
You will be unable to get a Returns Code from the web if more than
14 days has passed since you received the items. If you experience any
difficulties with the online returns process please contact us at customerservices@fashionzonedirect.com
Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for
example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item
less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased
with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced
item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a
refund.
Returning Goods Which are of Unsatisfactory Quality or Unfit for Purpose
You can return these items to us using the returns label.
Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU
customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel
your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return
the cancelled items to us.
Refunding the Delivery Charge (All Countries)
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of
unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the postal charges
you have paid to send that item back to us.
which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are
an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period.
Details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order.
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
